Designer gown manufacturers have different estimated delivery times for their products. Please carefully review estimated delivery times included in every product description page. You should start shopping for your wedding gown least 9 months before your wedding, but preferably sooner. Once you receive your gown, you’ll need several weeks for your seamstress to make alterations.
After you place an order, your credit card will be charged. Then, you will receive an email with the invoice and line item detail of your order. Next, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date for your order. Lastly, once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package. If the dress you order is either in stock or can be fulfilled from one of our warehouses it will typically take up to 10 days to ship. Designer gown orders generally take an average of 10 to 14 weeks to ship to our warehouse. During peak season designers may require additional time. After we receive your designer gown from the supplier, it will take us 5-7 business days to ship your merchandise. If for some reason it will take longer, we will notify you immediately of the new estimated ship date. In the unlikely eventuality that an item you ordered will not be available before your wear date, we will notify you and suggest other similar products to what you were looking for or you can cancel your order. Your payment will be refunded if we cannot fulfill your order.
Note that after your order ships, standard carrier shipping times apply depending on carrier and shipping method selected at the time you place your order. Free Shipping orders within the US, will be shipped ground at Bridals by Natalie’s discretion. Shipping carriers may include UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. All orders require a signature upon arrival and are subject to credit card verification (shipping address must match billing address).
