Outstanding Service

We ordered all of our invitations along with suits for my groomsmen, and my fiancé found her dress there. They had a great selection of suits to pick out from and they the customer service was great. Any suit/dress that was not in store they had it shipped to the store fast and made things very easy. I would highly recommend it!

This store carries a great selection of quality

…. , vintage/classy beautiful gowns, which is exactly the style I was looking for. The staff there are very nice and helpful. I actually ended up choosing a dress one of the ladies there picked out for me. They even special ordered several veils for me to try with my dress too. Would highly recommend.

I am so happy I chose Bridals by Natalie!

…… before I came across Bridals by Natalie. I had probably tried on 8-10 dresses total and I had found a dress that I liked, but wasn’t in love with. I took two of my bridesmaids with me and between the three of us, we picked about 6 dresses. It was lucky number 7 that Lourdes picked for me and the one I very happily said yes to! She was so patient with me and I never felt pressured to buy, even when I said I wanted to come back with the moms (mine and his) before buying. Regarding alterations, one of the seamstresses contradicted an alteration that had been suggested by the shop and that I wanted. Bridals by Natalie addressed this and met with me making small changes until it was the dress of my dreams. It ended up fitting like it was designed around my body rather than designed and altered to fit me. I am so happy I chose Bridals by Natalie!

I highly recommend coming to this store if you’re looking for people that actually pay attention to you and has no problem in spending as much time finding the prefect dress and accessories as you need. Ms. Gladys and Ms. Lourdes were very nice to me and helped me with everything I needed. At some point, when I did not know what style of veil I wanted they suggested I tried them all on and took pictures of everything just so I remembered how my dress looked with every style and I could make a decision whenever I was ready even if it was not from their store. They made me feel like I was their only customer when they were working with me. Also, great prices!!
